IT’S BEEN a long time coming, but I’m delighted to announce that I shall be taking a 5-day tour to Colditz and Stalag Luft III – the site of the Great Escape – on Monday 17 October 2022.

The full itinerary of the tour is on their website, but in short, we shall start at the site of the Great Escape near Zagan in Poland, and follow the routes taken by the escapers as we make our way to Colditz. At the end of the tour, we shall visit the superb Museum of Military History in Dresden.
